Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the nusstar online gaming website, mobile interface, and any associated services accessible at nusstar.club.
• "Account" means the registered player account opened by a User to access nusstar's services.
• "Real-Money Gaming" means any game, bet, or wager placed using funded balance in a nusstar Account.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits, free spins, or any non-cashable value credited to an Account pursuant to a nusstar promotion.
• "Wallet" means the digital balance ledger associated with a nusstar Account, reflecting real-money funds available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Applicable Law" means Philippine gaming legislation, PAGCOR regulations, anti-money laundering laws, data privacy laws (including the Data Privacy Act of 2012), and any other legislation applicable to nusstar's operations.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by nusstar and applicable regulations.

To register and maintain an Account on nusstar, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. nusstar prohibits participation by individuals under 21 years of age in any real-money gaming activity.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where accessing and participating in online gaming as offered by nusstar is lawful. Accessing nusstar from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited is expressly forbidden.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of nusstar or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by nusstar or any PAGCOR-related responsible gaming program.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

Each individual may register only one (1) Account on nusstar. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein. nusstar employs technical and manual procedures to detect duplicate registrations.

nusstar reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

nusstar is required by applicable Philippine regulations, including anti-money laundering (AML) obligations, to conduct identity verification of all players. By registering an Account, you consent to nusstar's KYC verification procedures.

nusstar may request, at any time and without prior notice, that you provide documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and source of funds. Acceptable identity documents include but are not limited to: Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, voter's ID, or PRC license.

nusstar reserves the right to restrict Account functionality — including deposits, withdrawals, and gameplay — pending completion of KYC verification. Accounts that fail to complete required verification within a reasonable period specified by nusstar may be suspended or closed.

All documents submitted to nusstar for KYC purposes will be handled in accordance with the nusstar Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

nusstar supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, GrabPay, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, and QR Ph, subject to availability and applicable transaction limits. All transactions on nusstar are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP).

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 via GCash and Maya. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. nusstar reserves the right to modify minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. nusstar targets processing of approved withdrawal requests within five (5) business days, with standard GCash withdrawals typically processed within minutes. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method, transaction volume, and compliance review requirements.

nusstar will only process withdrawals to payment methods that are registered in the same name as the nusstar Account holder, consistent with AML obligations. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are non-refundable once credited to an Account and used in gaming activity, subject to nusstar's error and chargeback policies.

nusstar offers bonuses and promotions subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus terms applicable to all nusstar promotions include the following:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus amount or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion and typically range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds are subject to maximum bet restrictions during the wagering period. Placing bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, or device unless expressly stated otherwise in the promotion's specific terms.
• nusstar reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice in cases of suspected abuse, technical errors, or regulatory requirements.
• Bonus funds have an expiry period specified per promotion. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings will be removed from the Account automatically.

Players found to be abusing the nusstar bonus system — including through coordinated wagering, duplicate accounts, arbitrage betting, or any other practice designed to exploit promotional terms — will have their bonuses forfeited, their accounts suspended, and any associated winnings voided.

All games offered on nusstar are governed by the specific rules of each game as displayed within the Platform, supplemented by these Terms. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that game.

nusstar uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games, ensuring fair and statistically random outcomes. Live dealer games use physical gaming equipment operated by professional dealers in certified studio environments. Game outcomes at nusstar are not manipulated by the Platform in any manner.

Malfunction of any game software or hardware voids all related bets and pays. In the event of a game malfunction, nusstar will investigate and, where applicable, refund affected wagers to the player's Account balance. nusstar's decision regarding game malfunctions is final.

The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to participate in games or exploit game mechanics at nusstar is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on nusstar and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering while under 21 years of age or assisting any person under 21 to register or access nusstar.
• Registering multiple accounts or colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or facilitate any illegal financial activity.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a nusstar Account.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the nusstar Platform, its games, or its security systems.
• Impersonating another person or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward nusstar staff or other players.

All content on the nusstar Platform — including but not limited to software, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, user interface elements, and marketing materials — is the intellectual property of nusstar or its licensed game providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the nusstar Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or exploit any nusstar content without prior written authorization.

nusstar collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the nusstar Privacy Policy.

nusstar implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit, access controls, and regular security audits.

nusstar will not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent, except where required by law or for the purposes of operating the Platform (such as sharing with payment processors for transaction fulfillment).

nusstar is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered players and may be activated or modified at any time from the Account Settings menu:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications reminding players of their session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may self-exclude from nusstar for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion is processed within 24 hours of request and is irreversible for the specified duration.
• Account Cooling-Off: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 30 days, which may be activated immediately from Account Settings.

nusstar urges any player who believes they may be experiencing problem gambling behavior to contact our support team immediately or access PAGCOR's responsible gaming resources. Gambling should be entertainment only — never a financial strategy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, nusstar, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the nusstar Platform.

nusstar's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your nusstar Account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

nusstar does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults, and circumstances beyond nusstar's reasonable control may result in temporary service disruptions. nusstar will not be liable for losses arising from such disruptions where reasonable notice has been provided or where the disruption is due to force majeure.

nusstar reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable nusstar policy.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal associated with the Account.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination of an Account for breach of these Terms, nusstar reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including real-money funds, where such forfeiture is proportionate to the nature of the breach and consistent with applicable law. Where an Account is closed without cause, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Account holder via their registered payment method.

Players may voluntarily close their nusstar Account at any time by contacting customer support. Voluntary account closure is processed within five (5) business days, with any remaining verified balance returned as above.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the nusstar Platform, you agree to first contact nusstar's customer support team to seek an amicable resolution. nusstar will endeavor to respond to and resolve all player complaints within five (5) business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with nusstar, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory body overseeing nusstar's operations in the Philippines. Any legal proceedings not resolved through the above process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

nusstar reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through prominent in-Platform notifications at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the nusstar Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account in accordance with Section 12.
